Deep olive foliage striped with pale yellow. CULTURAL NOTES: A very adaptable grass-like plant; does well in shade or sun with adequate water. Can also be grown in water features as a margin or bog plant. NOMENCLATURE NOTES: 'Acorus' (Theophrastus used this name to describe a plant with aromatic rhizomes) and 'gramineus' (Grass-like ).
