MAGNUS CONEFLOWER is an improved echinacea that produces lovely raspberry-pink flower with large center cones. Strong lustrous green foliage on this garden classic make it an attractive garden perennial even when not in bloom. All parts of the plant have herbal qualities, and songbirds relish the seed cones all winter.
- CULTURAL NOTES: Native to North America's open woodlands and prairies. Prefers well-drained, fertile soil. Can be divided but do it gently: Once established Coneflowers resent being moved.
- NOMENCLATURE NOTES: 'Echinacea' (Genus name from the Greek echinos: sea urchin or hedgehog, referring to the seed cone.) Gallon pot
