Epimedium x versicolor 'Sulphureum' (Barrenwort, Fairy Wings)
A delicately-stemmed vigorous spread of light green pointed heart-shaped leaves. Delightful red mottled leaves in early spring in springtime followed by fine stems of dainty star-shaped sulphur-yellow flowers. Shade to partial shade in any soil. Tolerates dry shade. Deer resistant!
- USE FOR: Excellent groundcover for shaded borders and rock gardens. Woodland plantings under trees. Specimen shade gardens.
