Adiantum p. Maidenhair Fern (Five Finger Maidenhair Fern)
Deciduous native fern with unique bright green fronds that sport glossy charcoal stems arranged in a fan-like manner. Difficult to find at most nurseries, Five Finger fern is a must-have perennial plant for shade gardens and woodland planting areas. Has a great look in mass plantings and when used as an accent plant for highly-colored Hostas. A compact form with vigorous growth characteristics make this a must have fern for the mixed shade garden. Perfect fern for shade container gardening.
