Matteuccia struthiopteris (Ostrich Fern) Gallon
The Ostrich Fern is a large fern native to eastern America and parts of Europe. Growing to 6' in cool moist climates, it will usually be smaller in cultivation. A wonderful fern for mass planting under trees, especially conifers as long as the soil is rich and can be kept evenly moist. Stunning when used as a backdrop for Astilbes and Hostas. Shipped in #1 trade nursery gallon container.
