Forms mounds of graceful richly-colored sea-green clumps! Excellent subtle fall color with tones of pink and burgundy. Nice wheat-colored panicles wave in the wind. CULTURAL NOTES: Extremely xeric and carefree once established, but will have better color with more watering. NOMENCLATURE NOTES: 'Festuca' (Genus name from the ancient Latin for straw). Shipped in 1 gallon nursery trade container.
