Genista lydia dwarf broom is a very hardy, deer resistant spring blooming shrub. Profuse, lemon yellows blooms completely smother this dwarf shrub, making it a standout in any hardy garden! Perfect for rock gardens or on slopes, the bright green evergreen branches of this dwarf broom cascade over rocks and around boulders. Genista lydia prefers well drained soil and grows best in hot and dry conditions. A moderate growing shrub for its size, Genista lydia sports 4-5" of new growth each year. Grown and shipped in a trade nursery 1 gallon pot.
