Hakonechloa macra 'Albo Striata' Japanese Forest Grass
Deep green blades with wide cream-colored stripes grow in a graceful, fountain like mound. Albo Striata is more sun tolerant than other Hakonechloa varieties, making it versatile for the part-shade perennial garden, in containers or adjacent to water features. Hakonechloa originated in the Hakone region of Japan, thus the common name of Hakone grass.
