Penstemon fruticosus 'Purple Haze' is extremely xeric and features spikes of tubular, lilac-purple flowers on a dense cascading sub-shrub form. Evergreen spreading perennial. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.
CULTURAL NOTES: Penstemons require very well-drained soil. Once established, however, they thrive on neglect.
