Penstemon venustus is our native Blue Mountain wildflower and features rich lavender-blue 1" upright flowers that bloom over a long period in late spring. Green, saw-toothed leaves. Vigorous, upright, multistem spreading habit. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.
CULTURAL NOTES: Penstemons require very well-drained soil. Once established, however, they thrive on neglect.
