Golden Crookstem Bamboo (Phyllostachys aureosulcata 'Aureocaulis')
A running type of bamboo that is slightly smaller than the species but with more highly colored culms. Culms turn a golden color with reddish tint in the spring especially when exposed to the sun and often have crooks near the base. This is the hardiest golden-stemmed bamboo.
