Potentilla Fruticosa Red Sunset 1 Gallon
Potentilla Red Sunset, also known as bush Cinquefoil, is a stunning deer resistant shrub that blooms non-stop all summer long until hard frost! The flowers, resembling old fashioned single miniature roses, open yellow and turn a range of colors from vivid red, to hot orange, to a golden yellow-orange. This hardy, deer resistant low maintenance shrub will add color to any area of your garden. Attractive, soft green foliage is an attractive backdrop to the blaze of blooms. Potentilla Red Sunset is ideal for front of border plantings, mass plantings on hillsides and slopes, used as agroundcover or as an accent plant. As with all potentilla shrubs, the foliage of Primrose Red Sunset turns bright orange-red as the temperature drops in the fall.
