Salix integra Hakuro nishiki. This Japanese willow is noted for its stunning brilliant white and pink leaves on a lovely mounding shrub. Attractive, stiff red stems provide winter interest. Best in full sun with moist, well-drained soil. Can be trained as a standard (tree form). CULTURAL NOTES: Lovely pink new growth can be encouraged with frequent light shearing throughout the season. Grown and shipped in a nursery trade 2 gallon pot.
