It is a scallop squash that has prominent radiating points around the fruit and very unique yellow, light green, dark green and cream colored pattern. The fruit can be harvested small for delicious baby squash or left to mature. It is the perfect specialty squash. Note: Color expression is temperature sensitive. Flying Saucer will have less yellow and cream and more green under high temperature conditions. A beautiful scallop squash for early summer farmers market and farm stand sales. 4" pot.
