Bluecrop blueberry is considered one of the best all around variety for adaptability, hardiness, consistent yields, high quality fruit and disease resistance. There are other varieties with better ornamental value but none perform better in the garden. Bluecrop is perhaps the most widely planted variety in the U.S. Bluecrop blueberry bush wins our vote at the farm for best all round blueberry with consistent yields and high-disease resistance! Attractive erect growth habit, showy blossoms and striking bright red fall color add to the appeal of this blueberry. Bluecrop produces a large, sweet blueberry and a mature bush will yield 10 - 15 lbs of fruit per year. When planting blueberry bushes always calculate at least 2 bushes per each family member.
