WINTER SQUASH: BUSH DELICATA WINTER SQUASH PLANTS. 80 days. Also known as the sweet potato squash, this award winning Delicata squash variety from Cornell University has a space-saving 3-4 ft. vine with high tolerance to powdery mildew. This is a major improvement over the older strains of Delicata Squash. The cylindrical, 8" long fruit stores exceptionally well and has a bright yellow-orange flesh that is very sweet and smooth with a nutty flavor. A great winter squash for fall farmers market and farm stand sales. 4" pot.
