WISTERIA FLORIBUNDA 'ROSEA' is one of the earliest Japanese Wisteria to bloom in the spring. Wisteria Rosea puts on a show with masses of lovely rose-pink, fragrant flowers. Wisteria 'Rosea' is a lovely addition to any garden and will attract butterflies, hummingbirds and is highly deer resistant. Wisterias do not like to be moved once that have settled into a garden spot for several years so plan for the future when planting your Wisteria vine in your garden. Wisteria Rosea has strong sturdy canes that twist with age and are covered during the summer with bright green foliage.
This wisteria is grown and shipped in a 2 gallon nursery trade container trained upright on a stake.
WISTERIA CULTURAL INFORMATION: Wisteria plants are vigorous growing vines that are ideal for training over a sunny wall, up a very sturdy trellis or over a stout pergola. To enhance flowering, Wisterias require ample space for the roots to 'run' and require regular pruning.
