According to hybridizer Tom Carruth, the rose was named at the time of Burns' 100th birthday. We love this hardy floribunda rose for its deep green foliage, strong citrus fragrance and flirty, full ruffled multi-colored blooms. In cooler temperatures, the yellow color becomes more pronounced.
