Early Bountiful Bush Bean is an heirloom vegetable grown in New York in 1898. This compact bush bean produces straight, broad, stringless pods 6-7" long. Heavy yielding bean variety that is excellent for freezing or fresh eating. Resistant to rust, mildew and beetles.
CULTURAL NOTES: Plant organic bush bean seeds in the spring after the soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed. Don't plant too early into cold soil! Plant a row every three weeks for a long harvest period. Avoid overhead watering to reduce diseases common to beans. HEALTH TIP: Organically grown beans are a delicious low calorie, high fiber source of minerals and vitamins. Complete growing instructions included on packet.
